I would just c/c. I don't like taking the lead here where you could end up getting raised on the turn. My plan would be to c/c the turn too. The river depends on a lot of things. I'd be seeing a SD HU a lot.

I don't like the UTG open.
C/C the flop. I don't see many instances where you are WA and will stay that way. IMO you are drawing, and would like to see the turn. Re-evaluate on the turn. |

I'm not raising 44 UTG. I'm raising 88 everytime, 77 sometimes, and very rarely 66. It depends on reads. I can't think of a situation where I'd want to raise 44.
