($33): Win it now, or maintain a chip lead for heads up?
A hand like this was posted the other day, however my hand is stronger than in that post. I was wondering what people think of this play? More importantly, what do you think the Button’s range is here?

I'd call. BB might fold, hoping that the button would get knocked out, and wether you win or lose this hand, you'll probably still get second. If you win you have an almost guarenteed first place, and if you lose you should get atleast second.

BB is already all in from posting. I'd call and regret it.

you basically are heads up now, heh. If you would call heads up then call now. Seems like easy call to me..

Definitely an easy call. This would be both a push and call HU.

Re: ($33): Win it now, or maintain a chip lead for heads up?
Thanks for the responses. I basically insta-called as most of u suggested. Button turns over AK, I spike a J on the flop, he hits a Q on the turn to complete his A-high straight.
Head-up, he's pushing any two and gets lucky against my 99s, I finished second. |
