does netteller allow you to transfer funds to friends?

can i move funds between myself and relatives or friends on regular bassis?

Is there anything illegal about it?

If both accounts are verified, you can transfer all you want. 1.9% fee i believe.

Never do it from same computer and/or IP. Otherwise both accounts will be locked and may be closed.
