there seems to be some definite disagreements here when it comes to open limping. personally I would never consider open limping from the CO but I would love to hear more discussion on this so I can get a better idea about what is most correct.

I raise 77+ and fold 55 down. What I do with 66 depends on how many beers I've had.

Though there might be a few occassional situations where it's right, it is very, very rare and if you're doing it at all regularly you're doing it to much. There are plenty of solid, winning players who just never open-limp and it certainly works for them. |

Don't be fooled. Open limping in the CO is pretty much never correct. This is not a controversial issue.
