Don't post the results. But no, we can't assume the fish got helped by the A. And the LAG raised before the A hit. We absolutely can't assume we're being behind over 95% of the time here. And it's not close IMO.

Easy call on the river. Sure you might lose but you have enough invested already and you still look like ou have best hand.

Hero knows he can't be a 23 : 1 underdog and calls.

A must call. The pot demands it. THe play demands it. The type of players involved demands it. And yes, a good night's sleep demands it.

Preflop: good stuff-Cap w QQ, because you're very likely ahead of the LAG, you're definitely ahead of the fish, and it's standard.

Flop: An argument could be made for c/r plan. LAG will most likely bet the flop and you can make it 2 cold to the other MPs. Betting out is a fine option. You will not get too many folds, but your pot equity is good and a free turn would be disasterous. 3-Betting is standard, make those sucker MPs pay to draw out. You're most likely ahead of the LAG.

Turn: I'm equally as likely to 3-bet as call the raise here. It depends on the type of LAG and what notes you have on the player. Will the LAG semi-bluff the turn? Does the LAG try to buy pots, even when others have shown strength? With no notes, I just call as you did. I put villian LAG on range of (AA-99 is likely, AK-AT somewhat less likely)

River: check/call. I'm very scared MP1 hit an ace. The LAG might have been ahead already. However, the pot is freaking fabulous, ie huge.

Nothing wrong with a check/call here, as you're easily good 5% of the time. In fact, that's precisely why you check, because you don't want to have to figure out what to do if opponent raises. Opponent is a maniac and there's not much chance of him checking through.
