[/ QUOTE ] well it would be my first experience with either... so it might just be... except for the fact that there's have to be good money. umm, I dont even know if I should be admitting this, but I wouldnt even consider these thigns normally. Im in the middle of a move, cant work till next month, and am terribly in debt = willing to do stuffs for cash. lets get this done.

I'm game for butter and maybe milk or onions, if it's in Austin.
Diablo posted a bunch of challenge ideas in an old thread. I agree with the Texas themes. Rudy's sauce isn't that hot, so I don't think a bottle of that is worthy, but hot sauces are easy to find. Maybe a bunch of jalapenos? From what I recall reading about it, 100-ish in an hour is world-champion status.
