Prima, they want my DOCUMENTS!!
so im in the process of withdrawing my money from royal vegas, prima, because i hate the site
ive been withdrawing in increments of 800 and 1000 out of the 10000 i had left in there i get down to about 4700 when i get an email saying they need me to scan then a copy of my credit card (front and back), my drivers license, and a utility bill problems: my "credit card" was actually my debit card that i used to deposit my first $60 about a year ago. ive since lost that debit card and gotten a new one, which has a new number. they specifically want a scan of the old one, they even tell me the last 4 digits of it. i dont have a drivers license. i dont have any utility bills to speak of because im living in a college dorm. what do i do? |

Re: Prima, they want my DOCUMENTS!!
I doubt they'd even accept a letter from your bank explaining that the debit card is just that and is gone. I think you're screwed.
Go to the bank and kick the old guy in line in the nuts. Then kick the teller in her nuts. Then kick the other teller in her nuts. Then kick the security guy in the nuts before he can shoot you. Then kick the bank manager in the nuts. Then kick yourself in the nuts and kick the cops in the nuts if they get there before you kick yourself in the nuts again. |

use your phone bill.
If that is not enough, explain to them the situation. |

Re: Prima, they want my DOCUMENTS!!
Get a state ID. They are $10 at your local DMV.
A bill for tuition should suit your needs for a utility bill. As far as your debit card goes, if you provide your other documents you might be able to negotiate them into accepting your new credit card. Call them on the phone several times if they are unresponsive. You will get your money somehow. |

Re: Prima, they want my DOCUMENTS!!
Think about the documents you can show them. Things that show who you are and where you live. Get a passport. Do you have records for you old debit card?
Call them up on the phone and explain your problem. Negotiate something that will satisfy their needs. |

Re: Prima, they want my DOCUMENTS!!
I wouldn't be too worried. You'll need all the forms of id you can possibly rally up. The more the merrier, get over to the DMV.
Rally'em up. I think you may want to use a birth certificate you better not have lied? After you get your ID card, perhaps a learner's permit? hehe |

Re: Prima, they want my DOCUMENTS!!
What are you, twelve years old? Find their phone number and call them. If you can't find it, reply to the email and tell them what you have - just the top of your bank statement without the account number showing (but with your address) is probably fine. Jeez. How did you get into school?
