If you are check-raised on the turn you better fold agains passive guys. I would also check behind on the river: on the turn you don't want to give free cards but on the river there is no need to protect your hand and you see two overcards to your pair and 3-flush. So, I play the same here.

Think a bit more about this. Suppose we're check/raised. How many outs do we have? I agree that we can assume we're drawing, but that definitely doesn't mean we should fold.
