I use Photoshop the most along with imageready. Also have something called Fantamorph. I am told the best tools is Ulead gif animator but I have not had the need or time to look into that one yet. I would like to hear what is the easiest way to do these as I am pretty much learning as I go.

<=== up for a challenge Stuey?

Sorry my man I can't violate that pooper without the owners consent. But I made you a Halloween avatar all the same. I wanted to have her biting off a piece of thinmans avatar but I could not quite swing it. So you have to use your imagination for that part.
