Default Negranu\'s $100,000-$500,000 Challenge.

I was reading about his matches so far. $500k vs Barry Greenstein, $500K vs Mimi Tran etc. Then I read the stipulations, and one of them was, "All matches must be at the Wynn Casino"

IF Daniel loses do you think it even comes out of his own pocket or do you think he has some sort of deal with Wynn (which obviously he must)

Anyone have any insight on this?

to clarify, he is an employee of the wynn as "poker ambassador" or something like that, but puts up 100% of his own money for the matches.

A better question is why have these matches tapered off? When Daniel was busted out of the WPT event this week he stayed at Bellagio and played cash, which is interesting considering pre-Wynn opening he told us he would play at the Wynn exclusively except for tournaments.

Since when did the $4000-8000 mixed game at Bellagio constitute a tournament?

"Debbie Burkhead: Is there any truth to the rumor that Wynn has hired Daniel Negreanu as a poker host?

Deborah Giardina(Wynn Poker Director): Absolutely, Daniel will be our Poker Ambassador. When Daniel plays live action in Las Vegas it will be exclusively in the Wynn Las Vegas Poker Room. Daniel brings us his charisma, knowledge, expertise and his tremendous enthusiasm for the game of poker."
