You can't do this. You can only view the episode on one computer under a single username. Meaning, if someone gives you their info and they have not watched the show, you can watch it, but they won't be. Did you happen to try to watch that episode on any other computer except yours?

John, he HAS emailed support and hasn't heard from them. This is why he's so upset, so why not help a brother out and PM your info, unless you're not able to for what Russ said.

no i tried it on this computer and the very first time i did i got this no license bs.

i then tried to view other episodes and had no problem so i don't get it.

its pretty rediculous...and i've emailed support a number of times with no reply...i'm pretty frustrated.

When I still had a sub. to the archives, I had this problem twice before. Once it was because I tried to give my friend my username so he could watch the episode I was on, and one other time where one or two random episodes didn't work (and I got that error message). After a little while, it worked. I have no idea what is up with no response to e-mails though, that's weak.
