I left Paradise after a day because the only thing worse than their slow software is their awful customer service.
Sure I play on Pacific, but the players make up for the bad software. (Plus its not like I can't multi table via other sites.)

I left Interpoker because the site is slow, software is crappy, not enough tables or tourneys, bonuses that are impossible to clear and cashing out took way too long.
I recently left pokerstars (at least for now) because my butthole was hurting.

I left Empire - because they banned me - for bonus whoring - although they forget the 1st few month where I dropped a few K there.
Platinum Poker - I just cannot get back on. Every site that I think I have left, I have revisited for a bonus, a free roll or something.

TruePoker - Shittier software Pacific - Huge steaming pile of [censored] Banner Poker, Earth Poker, etc - Somehow worse than Pacific Active Poker - The Shittiest! Now with 100% more [censored] in every bite! PokerRoom - New rake chart (Rake>10% = Hell No) Caribbean Sun - Max rake $6 on GBP tables PokerNow, Empire, Multipoker - Combination of terminated unmentionable and a banning for receiving unmentionable Party - Fully half the English language is censored in chat. Also, a hand that's 85% to win on the turn loses on the river 99% of the time. Prima - Somehow they think I have multiple aliases. GamesGrid - You bastards turned it into a black hole.

I left Bodog because I just hated the interface. I tried True Poker (free play) and left almost imediately as the play was extremely slow and was annoying as hell to watch everyone pick up there cards every time one hit the board.
