im down 150 bbs in my evening session, i havent lost any big pots its all just trickled and trickled away... 300 bucks goes poof in an hour.

Raise more pre-flop. My standard raise with KK first in would be 4xBB, and you've got a limper, plus, you're OOP. Raise to at least 10, if not 12.
Fold to the raise on the flop, unless you have a read. If you ARE going to call it, push instead. But fold. But yes, I've done similar things. I've had to drop from 400 NL to 200 NL because I donked away 3 buy-ins after taking bad beats from 2 buy-ins. Tilt makes you go all-in with overpairs, because you're almost sure you always have at least 2 outs [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] |

Goes to show how tight online poker has gotten when calling all in with pocket Kings is fishy....but to be honest at this limit it is. If he's a somewhat loose player he might be bluffing the Ace high flush draw, and he's still about 50/50 to hit an Ace or flush.
I wouldn't consider it awful tilt, but I'm guessing if you're a winning player you probably made a play there you wouldn't have normally. |
