FEDERAL JUDGE DECLARES IT UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO RECITE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

So is math (beyond what we need to balance a check-book), Social Studies (that was written by whomever won that particular war), and English (taught by card totting members of the NAACP who think Ebonics should be taught at all CAL STATE schools)... these are jokes...

The pledge... not so much of a joke.

I agree completely. We need to go back the pre-1954 pledge as originally written and as it existed for over sixty years, without the phrase "under God".

Ok, and I think the students will go along with you. Lets get rid of Math, Social Studies and English, and keep the all important Pledge [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Children were never forced to recite the pledge. This whole case is total bullshit.

Saying that other kids can't recite the pledge-EVEN if they want to- is just ridiculous, and so typically leftist and Cyrusish.

Just no more proof that the hippies are no better than the Republicans when it comes to protecting free speech.
