I think the call on the flop prevents you from clarifying your opponents hand. I would re-raise to 200 , if he has AK than your in trouble but that is something you risk when you play AQ.

After the mini-raise it is quite apparent you aren't in the lead.
Although I do like a "probe"-like raise on the flop. |
