These scumbags are not affiliated with Pokibot, Poker Academy, or the UofA Poker AI Research in ANY way. Don't fall victim to their scam. I wish they had the decency to stop tarnishing our 'pokibot' name.

Someone has to have the money to make suing them any type of threat. I seriously doubt they have any assets to chase.

Re: Online PokiBot v2.0
I've come across a number of people...
That have been trying to reverse engineer Poker Academy binary code. In theory it's time consuming but possible... Unless the binary code itself is somehow encrypted. But these people are obviously idiots. What's wrong with this picture? (1) If they succeeded... they would not require PA installation. (2) No need to infringe on "Poki" trademarks... or even mention PA. (3) It's a ridiculous $29. You get what you pay for. Oh well... It's just a fact of life... That gambling attracts every sleazeball on the planet. rm+ |

Re: Online PokiBot v2.0
just checked out their site (because i blindly click on all spam links)...it's actually like $300 for a year's subscription. the $29 is for the play money version only. i'm no lawyer, but using someone else's unsolicited research data and trademark has to be insanely illegal. just a guess...
