usually when I flop a set I slam on the gas never let up. My standard line here is just to lead the flop however considering your relative position to the PR three bettor I think a check raise may be best. But anyways you missed some bets on the flop put a raise in there somewhere.

An added bonus of that line is that it can look like a flush draw value raise. On a non flush card on the turn you may get lucky and get raised so you can 3-bet.
