Default An 80 hand

80-160 on UB
I have QcJd in the BB
unknown limps utg, Laggy McLag raises utg+1, folded to me and I call, so does UTG.
Flop is AcTc2c
I check, UTG bets, Lag folds, I call.
turn is 3h
I C-C.
river is the Js
I C-C.
comments, I guess the street I was maninly thinking about was the river. Whatcha think about the call?

Against a lag the river call is +EV given that pot size.

the hand was not against the lag, however it is a safe asumption that an 80 player, esp on ub, will be a lag. I think it must be a requirement to play in the game.

Lol, this is so true. I still haven't figured out if that game is super +EV based on everyone's crazy play, or if I'm a total fish in it.

if laggy is any good i would fold PF. the guy raised an UTG limper from UTG+1. would he do this without something good? i wouldnt...
the river is lookin pretty close and i think folding is prob slightly better than calling, but i dont blame you for calling there.

i dont like the preflop call. the turn call looks atrocious. you didnt post reads on UTG but assume he is a lag just because you find the game to be juicy? even if he is a lag you played this hand poorly imo.

c'mon man, you can do way better than this.

i hate the pf call.

you don't get LAGS' money by playing that hand there. i hate cold calling that crap there.

on teh turn you should check fold. i dont like your play here dave

Does everyone realize you have a Q high flush draw here?

I think you played it fine. I can't really see a hand you are beating on the river other than a medium pocket pair with a club, but without a strong read on your opponent a call here is probably OK.

Barron,

How many people in hand before you complete QJo in BB to a laggy EP raiser?

How can he fold the turn with the second nut flush draw and broadway draw? What am I missing?

I think I play PF, flop and turn as Dave did here. I'm surprised at the reactions, so I guess I need to figure out where I might be going wrong on this one.

apparantly, i a) misread the preflop action b/c i thought he COld caleld., and b) misread the board.
