Seems to me that the person who brings it up completely out of context of a discussion about someone's sexual preference is the one who is obsessed about it, not the other way around.

If a male boss said that to a female worker that would be highly inappropriate, and the boss would deserve to get fired over it.
But taking someone to court over this? Come on.. why should one be compensated for every bad thing that happens in life? Can you honestly say that such a comment justifies the resources spent on a lawsuit - regardless of who ends up paying? |
