I have an uncle that is not very good at poker. He likes to play very low buy-in NLHE sit n' go's on pacific, sometimes MTT's, while drinking. Even with these small tourneys he can't keep his bankroll for more than a couple nights. I want to get a book for him so that he can at least break even. He has a little bit of a clue and plays tight, but isnt very advanced. Also, I am a 1/2 player and have SSHE, but want to supplement that.

Get him "Getting Started in Hold'em".
Edit - for you, supplement with Weighing the Odds in Hold'em Poker. There are several good books, but that will complement SSH nicely and is a great book in general. |

Get him Harrington on Hold'em Volumes one & two. Just tell him to take a week off and read the books, his results should improve.
