I'd like to know how that happened.

He had well over $200k in chips for a while yesterday.

All-in with an open-ended straight flush draw against a set, according to CardPlayer.com. Turn brought the flush, river paired the board.

From Pokewire:

John Lane busts Chip Reese

Lane has pocket 9's. Reese had 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and made a flush on the turn. His opponent pushed in with a set of nines and Reese called. The board paired on the river to send Reese home. Lane now has 300k. There are 570 players remaining.

For those PokerStars regulars out there, it looks like Reese was busted by "G6Dragon".
