I assume PA Hud will not work with the new PT postgresql version? [/ QUOTE ] You assume incorrectly. I installed and converted to PostgreSQL and it picks it up just fine. It has been working since version .17 |

Re: PokerAce Hud - Version 0.20 Released - PokerStars Support!
Can I tell PokerAce where to look for databases. I have my PT DB's shared over a network, and want to use PokerAce on a PC that does not have PT installed...please help!

Re: PokerAce Hud - Version 0.20 Released - PokerStars Support!
Currently, PA Hud requires that PT be installed and have the databases configured before being able to use them. This keeps configuration simple and nearly foolproof. Perhaps in a future version this will change.
For now, why not install PT and point to the databases, then just not use PT on that computer? |

Re: PokerAce Hud - Version 0.20 Released - PokerStars Support!
I can't get PA HUD to work correctly with the 6-max tables on PokerStars. It looks like it uses the tournament layout instead of the layout for 6-max tables. However, after I adjust the session for 6-max in PT, it is displayed using the correct layout. Maybe this is how it is supposed to work since the Stars hh:s don't include info on the max number of seats?

Re: PokerAce Hud - Version 0.20 Released - PokerStars Support!
Because I already have two registered versions of pokertracker, and cannot obtain another one without buying it.
It would seem like an easy feature to add (like that of PV) where you could direct the program to the desired database. Alternatively, can you direct me to what registry lines or data sources PA looks at to determine what databases exist on the system. In other words, can I fool PokerAce into looking where I would like it to...? |

Right-Click on the table in the PA Hud window and select "Treat As 6-Max".

Re: PokerAce Hud - Version 0.20 Released - PokerStars Support!
Until PA Hud supports selecting *.MDB files, here are some instructions to trick PA Hud into thinking they're registered with PokerTracker.
NOTE: This is messing with system settings and the registry. If you don't know what you are doing, stay away. I am not responsible if you mess something up. 1) Register the *.MDB files with the ODBC Data Source Administrator (found in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Data Sources (ODBC)). 2) Create a new registry key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE called "PTrack" 3) For each database you want to add: 3a) Create new key: HLM\SOFTWARE\PTrack\2DBx where x is the count going from 1 to the number of databases. 3b) Under this key, add new values: [DWORD] "Default" = "1" [String] "Description" = "Description of DBase" [String] "DSN" = "DSN you gave DBase in ODBC Admin" [String] "Filename" = "Path to DBase" Following these steps should allow you to use PA Hud without installing PT on the machine. |

Re: PokerAce Hud - Version 0.20 Released - PokerStars Support!
can you make the Mucked Hole Cards look exactly like regular hole cards except transparent? I will donate if this ever happens.
