Omaha H/L help

We are playing a game and have a small dispute. which is the better low hand in omaha.
Community = K 7 5 10 4
hand 1 = A 8
hand 2 = 2 3

With 23, your low is 23457, with a8 your low is A4578. 7 is lower than 8, so hand 2 wins the low.
