Woo hoo. He seems to do well with the huge fields and the "weak" players. His other money finish this year was the 1st 1500 event.

Go Greg,
Ken

Check out Mark Seif's stack. Chip leader going into Day 2 with 286,800 chips. Second place has 106,600.

Damn.

With that stack he's on pace to win two bracelets in one year.

I heard Mark Seif has been using his own bobblehead doll as a chip protector, and that is what is giving him such good luck. My special edition Mel Judah bobblehead works the same way.

From Cardplayer

With one player all in ahead of him and another calling the all in, Greg Raymer goes over the top of both players. Raymer held an A-J and his opponents held an A-9 and a 9-9. And ace spiked on the flop and no help came on the turn or river, giving Raymer the best pair with the best kicker. His chip stack has grown treamendously after this hand.
