Default This may be the worst hand of my Life!

This hand convinced me to not multi-table any more.

1. Should have raised pre-flop.
2. Should have raised for value on the flop.
3. Made a suspect value bet on the river because the turn got checked through (what was I going to get called with even if I was ahead - an 8 or a smaller pocket pair?)
4. I called a river raise here.

I played this hand so poorly it might have actually not cost me anything extra.

This is pretty bad.. I agree that you should have raised preflop, but you have to follow that with a flop bet. Also, don't show results.

I've seen worse. Heck, I've played worse. Just not lately.

No need to beat yourself up. It's only one hand and there will be worse.

As for multi-tabling. I played one table only for ten months before I started multi-tabling. Now the most I can handle with any degree of comfort is three.

you need a raise/bet on the flop somewhere.
I don't think the river bet is so bad.

I don't mind the play, personally. Preflop raise is questionable (I also don't like raising 99, unless I have position and not against lots of limpers, but meh) but I don't know if we can really "raise for value" on the flop. We have a 1 card OESD, on a 2 flush board. Our 99 is pretty surely not in the lead at the moment. I am check/call all the way, and I might call 1 bet on the river as long as I am not overcalling.
