less than 10 hands at the table

I do have an interesting note on villian, he raised A4o in the CO in an unraised pot in a previous hand

What does UTG+1 cap with pf, 3-bet on the flop that beats you with the Ace falling? Would he play AJ like this? Doubtful. Would he play AK like this? Doubtful. See the showdown.

I cannot imagine you're possibly ahead here. I would expect AA or KK the majority of the time, and QQ or JJ sometimes.

AA, KK, QQ, maybe JJ.

I think a more important question is, what does UTG+1 cap with preflop, 3-bet on the flop, and bet the turn and river that DOESN'T beat you with the A falling?

I think you should cap the flop and call down if he continues to lead into you. He sounds like a bit of a maniac. Do not fold the river.

We're beating KJs, QJs, and TT against a LAG, losing to AA, KK, JJ, and 99.

If there's a fold here, it should be coming earlier. By the time we get to the river, calling down seems okay. Don't fold decent hands for one bet in large pots.

Fold to the turn bet. You pushed him hard and he's not slowing down so it's going to be pretty expensive to see his hand. I see him holding AA,KK,99,JJ,AJ and yes AKs, (sounds ridiculus but he seems manical). You're beat more times than would be profitable because you know you're going to have to call a couple of BBs to see. But... you made it to the river so call for mental health's sake (and the big pot too).

You cannot fold the river. You cannot call the turn. Raise it or fold it.
