My guess is he tried to get back with his girl and his equipment wouldn't work...

If you read his last big post that seems to be the obvious answer. I hope its just about losing 2 mil or something, but I doubt it since he can't play the big game anymore.

It was a post in the forums, that quote is exact.

I think he's probably more stressed out than he realized and, in his attempting to take on too many tasks at once, has finally realized that he can't possibly please all of the people all of the time.

I'll lay 3-1 on a panic attack from two days ago to a week from today.

It was suggested in a recent post by Sklansky that Daniel has agreed to play his poker at the Wynn, for the time being. Unless the big game moves from the Bellagio to the Wynn, he's out of luck. On the other hand, presumably he's getting some kind of compensation from the Wynn for this; I know nothing of Daniel's win rates, but it strikes me as not impossible that it might be more profitable for him to get paid by the Wynn and forego the big game.
