Default How the hell do I change my username in Eurobet?

It's so easy in the other skins, but I can't figure it out in Eurobet. Can someone give me step-by-step instructions?

Thanks in advance.

I've never changed my screenname on any site but: lobby-my account-change screenname-type name

Or have you done this and it's not working?

What happens when YOU click it?

When I do it, it brings me to the same page as "poker homepage", from where I cannot find the screen name change page.

I've emailed customer service regarding screen name changes. THey pretty much told me "no way in hell are we going to change your name." I even tried to make up an excuse about being harassed, but still no go.

I emailed them as well from the e-message page. They told me that IT IS certainly possible to change screen names, and they said to check on the poker homepage for the option... GRRR...

This is what they said exactly:

"Dear Mr HERO,

Thankyou for your message. You are indeed able to change your name on Eurobet poker by going into the poker lobby & clicking on my account where you will find that option.

Kind Regards
Estrellita
Eurobet Customer Services"

You don't see the option under the "My Account" dropdown menu in the Eurobet Lobby? It's the bottom one...

I do see that option, in fact, that's the first thing I tried. Unfortunately, it just brings me to the "poker homepage".

What does it do for you?
