I can't help but notice that most online sites have evolved to fit or fold holdem(at the low limits), why is this the new bad player style of holdem? Have poker books written by the pros confused the average online player to the point where they only bet the nuts?

Okay explain how interpoker has the tightest games I have seen besides UB? That place was crackland until idiots from this board and others said what a fish fry the site was and the loose stupid games became rock fests, without the hot groupies......

lol was wondering about that too..
on the other hand try 15/30 at Party, way easier to find a nice loose table (even though I am not a big Party fan)... |

You think Interpoker is TIGHT? My God man they are throwing money at me. It's like a freakin' ATM. Sit down play for an hour or two, pocket $100 and take a break.
As for what happened? Celeb. Poker, Palms Poker, WPT Poker, Battle of the Sexes Poker, WSOP on ESPN, WSOP Classic on Fox and ESPN, I know I left out some TV poker. They watch the final tables with monster ante's and blinds with all-ins happening with crap. |

What ever it takes. British money spends just as well.
It might be that I play $1 NL, but, that place is an unabated feeding frenzy. |

I think there are obviously still plenty of "loose and stupid" players but I have noticed an increase in the fit-or-fold type at 2/4 6max. The trick is quickly figuring out which are which.
It's fun playing against the super-loose preflop, weak-tight post-flop types because you can LAG it up post-flop and constantly pick up pots when they check to you (and safely fold if they bet but you missed). I hope they don't get to the chapter on check-raises |
