Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
I am probably ignorant but I feel that Caribbean Sun is defrauding there customers. they have there Bonus and there web site states that after 250 raked hands you receive your $50 bonus. Nowhere on there site do they display the raked hands. Well I called them and they said their definition was that you must contribute to count as a raked hand. There are plenty other sites that state that you are dealt cards and it is a raked hand.
I feel I as DEFRAUDED as they did not make it clear what their DEFINITION was. Is there a standard online poker ? also as a side note their ecash system sucks as well you deposit with neteller but you can't withdraw your money with out a pin that they snail mail out to you. is this a terrible site or the norm ? |

Re: Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
This is from the referral program. The wording is obviously meant to trick. They say participating hands.
I never have played there so I can't pass judgement, but with those requirements I probably never will. **Important Notes** A participating hand means that the person being referred MUST wager in each of 250 hands in order for it to trigger our referral system which processes the referral bonus. This does NOT have to take place in one session. |

Re: Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
that is more than is stated on any of there web sites. Also there phone help is unable to point to any documentation instead just stating that its basic poker knowledge. Boy at this time i wish there were more standards in the industry

Re: Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
this is in their faqs
no definition if raked hand $50 as a Brand New Player: Receive a 100% deposit bonus up to $50 on your very first deposit in Caribbean Sun Poker. The money will instantly appear in your Ecash account upon making the qualifying new player deposit, and in order to play the money at the poker tables, you will need to play 5 times the bonus in raked hands. For example, if you receive the full $50 bonus, once you complete your 250th raked hand, the bonus money can be brought into the tables. |

Re: Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
I don't know what the hell you're complaining about, use cryptocounter, and isn't Caribbean the one that's been paying out when you get to total hands played?

Re: Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
Well, I was having a little trouble with your grammar, it's true. I don't know about their stated definitions, but I'm relatively sure Caribbean for awhile now has released their monthly bonus once the total number of hands played was fulfilled (ie, 250 total hands, not 250 raked hands). They're not defrauding anybody, they're just as incomplete and incompetently managed as their software is bad. As for their raked hands definition, I don't know if it just requires a flop to be a raked hand or if it has to hit some threshold rake size to count, but I think it's about 70% or so for me.

Re: Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
thanks for the link
their bonus is at 250 raked hands not total hands as you think. what would you call it if a person of your knowledge is not able to clearly state the answer? |

Re: Raked or Cortributed Raked Caribbean Sun Fraud
Their stated release is 250 raked hands, but last month they released mine at 250 total hands. Stop being a jackass.
