Seems like hes a lot more likely to have a 4 or a 5, possibly just a semibluff knowing you are unlikely to have a six. I go ahead and 3bet - even if he has a straight or flush you have lots of outs to a boat.

3 bet. but i dont like it much that he's raising me on the turn. he looks to be pretty tight and decent.

I like 3-bet, fold to a reraise.
See another card, c/f if you miss.

Based on your "detailed" description of the "villian,"
I would call this down with some trepidation.

It looks like he's got a hand.

It's a small pot and this guy has chosen to raise the turn rather than on the flop. He most likely has a hand better than trip sixes/ 8 kicker i.e. it appears that he is slowplaying.

I don't like the 3 bet unless you have reason to believe that he is prone to semibluff raise the turn with a flush draw but even then, he may well bet the river (if he also has no pair when he misses) and when you call, you make the same as 3 betting the turn and him folding to a river bet when he doesn't make his flush or hit an overcard.

His turn aggression rating is a small one. I am not sure how we can't take his turn raise seriously particularly since it is top card on the flop and you had bet the flop.

My postflop aggresion rating takes another hit when I just call him here rather than 3 betting it.
