Help with Cut and pasting in Pokertracker

I posted this at the PT forum, but got no responses. How do you cut and paste your stats from Poker tracker to post in the forum. I see how to download to Excel, but I see people cut and pasting straight into the forum, how do they do this? Thank you in advance for any help.

PT stats are displayed as graphics so you can't cut and paste the text. You're seeing screen captures. Open a PT window -> Alt+Print Scrn -> open Paint (for example) -> Ctrl+v -> crop -> save as jpeg or gif file -> upload file to image hosting service -> display image in your post by using the "image" instant UBB Code and inserting the url supplied by image host.

Get a copy of Snagit. It can create text file from screen capture.
