I've come VERY close to saying something to a few guys when they didnt wash their hands after using the bathroom. Gros gross gross.
Funny story...I was at the Taj pre-WPT and a guy at my table was picking his teeth with the cards. The guy was dirty but I'm certain he was a regular. I said something to him and his response was, "I've seen people pick their ass with their cards." I said who cares, I have to touch those cards so plase keep them out of your mouth. The bad news, sort of, is that he was offended by my request and left a few hands later (I'm sure he was ready to leave anyway). The good news is that he was a good player so I didn't mind seeing someone else fill his seat.

It really depends on the speed of the table I'm playing at. I like to fold UTG+1 and be back in time for my BB, missing one hand. I'd rather spread a cold than post in the CO.

Before and after, there are some dirty people at the local card room. I'm not normally a hand wash freak, but touching a stack chips that some fast sweaty guy has been holding like a rod to check for the last hour is not something I want to touch before I eat something, or touch my crotch, or really be in contact at all. I think I'm going to start wearing gloves when I play.
