Default what should I do?

I played in a home game with my friends the other night, $5 SNG, winner takes all. I finished fourth, but I held no more than 10 playable hands all night. The only notable hands I held were KQo, AKo, 99, KQo, and A9s. I felt like every other hand I was dealt was unplayable and I had to throw it away. The hands I did play I played well and I felt like I was reading people well, but what else I can do? Is there anyway I can turn this session into a winning session or do I just need to keep mucking until I get something worth putting money in with?

depends on whether your friends are calling stations or not.

If they are, then yeah, you really can't do anything else as bluffing has no real folding equity.

But really, this question is too general.

Post this up in 1-table Tournaments. You'll get better advice there.
