Of course if you are salaried they can ask you to work 7 days a week 20 hours a day if they feel like it and there is basicly nothing you can do about it if you want to keep your position. But they are asking HOURLY employees to work for free which should be illegal. Oh wait - slavery already is illegal right? [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

If I'm not mistaken, airline employees generally already get to fly free on a standby basis on the airline they work for.
