Ugh, dont ya just love players who play KTo to a raise? Raise more than $3 preflop, then beat him in the long run. I think you played it fine, no way you are folding to his turn reraise because its hard to imagine KT, T8. If he plays KT, its hard to put him on a hand. I suppose QJ, Q9, J9, KQ, AQ, any set are also possible holdings. But i think for $25 more you have to call.
