Default Official Arafat Tombstone Thread

Yasser Arafat 1929-2004:

Had thousands of victims
nicknamed Abu Amar
Fucked his people, Israel
(and his guard).

Or:

He survived the Apaches
the rockets and grenades
His bodyguard finally got him with
an ass-full of AIDS.

Here lies Yasser,
Controversial man,
He claimed he fought for Gaza,
To some he was a sham.
For me the most annoying thing,
Amongst all that he did,
He died before Saddam Hussein,
and cost me fifty quid.

Gamblor, the fact that you revel in the death of another demonstrates a lot about your character. That person cannot possibly harm you now, yet you feel the need to publicly insult him. Hasn't your religion taught you to have some level of respect for all humans, even if they would not necessarily give you the same respect? Do you really think that God wants you to take pleasure in the suffering of others?

Some humans are not deserving of respect.

Here lies a man of Palestine
Who found in Jews a cause to whine
And of the creation in 1948
of the Jewish homeland State
considered that peace just wasn't that fine.

This is not about respect.

The man has convinced millions that murdering Jews as significant if they were flies on the window.

He has killed the families of my friends, the friends of my family.

On Passover, we drink 4 cups of wine to celebrate the Exodus from Egypt, but we spill 10 drops of wine to commemorate the 10 plagues against the Egyptians, implying that we cannot celebrate a full cup because even though they enslaved us, God's creatures suffered.

Likewise, I applaud what hopes to be the end of an era of murderous hatred and hopefully the start of an era of peace by reminding everyone who was responsible for the former.

Suha Almana.
