. . . thought 3 people were on the flush draw. Unless all three callers are fishier than rotten tuna with WSD rates around 70%, there's no way you are ahead on this river. I check-fold this one. Don't let their earlier passivity fool you, this board screams "slowplay".

I don't think you can say there is no way he is ahead, I'm calling this river, if someone has a 7, good for them, but I wouldn't be surprised to be shown some jacks that think they're boats are good enough.

oops!! I thought he had AQ. Time to get my eyes checked. So, yes, I think you're up against an 8 and a J often enough to call this one.

I assume you will at least call the 3-bet and that BB will call a cap. If this is the case, your choice is between 3-betting and capping. To cap, you need to have an equity of 1/3 because 2 times out of three you will lose 1 bet for an EV of -2 BB and 1 time out of three you will win 2 bets for an EV of +2 BB. Total EV=0. I definitely think you're ahead here more than 1/3 of the time in the laggy 10/20 game unless you have a read to the contrary.

Once again I'm dumbfounded by your mathematical prowess. At least last time you were correct though.

I do not understand your rudeness. It may be that I am incorrect in my mathematics. Would you please elaborate so that I may be enlightened and thusly refrain from spreading ignorance?

Thank you for your time.

i'm a tad torn

when you bet the river a sane player must surely be plenty scared of an overpair

if as usual these players arent terribly sane then i love the idea they are going to call a cap with just a J

of-course its not just the 7 you need to worry about and it looks a bit consistent with 88 or JJ - i call - perhaps the BB will fold his J to a cap anyway
