Default Re: Anybody else with persistent Crypto login problems?.

Had Crypto sign in problems after installing Norton 2005 and using its firewall instead of XP's. I now have to disable internet security to play any Cryptos.

Default Actually, I CAN login to WillHill

Not sure why it's different, but I thought this might help narrow down the problem.

I cannot connect to the server on Totalbet or Carribean Sun. I can on Interpoker, William Hill, PokerPlex, and UK Betting.

I played on Totalbet last night for a little while, but later I was unable to get back on. This is really pissing me off because Totalbet is the only one I have money in right now.

Default Followup

I just talked to someone at tech support. Said that they are experiencing some sort of problem with only a 1/4 of the users or so. Hoped to have it corrected in the next 24 hours. That's all I found out, but at least, they admit that they have a problem on their end. He also said WH is on another server so that explains that.

I have the same problem. Cant connect to any of the skins except william hill, which is working fine.
I had no problems with any of them before. All were working this sunday. Tried everything even format, didnt help.
I must assume that the problem is on their end.

If you need to get your money out of TotalBet, you probably can get to it through their no-download casino (www.totalbet.com/casino, I think).

Interesting. Thanks for input. The problem is persisting today.

I also noticed that Littlewoods does not allow neteller anymore. WTF am I to do with a check in UK pounds?. I will be forced to chip dump... Alternatives anyone?.

You might want to check your firewall. I went into my firewall and added the totalbet poker application to the list of programs allowed to access the internet and then I was able to connect.

It doesn't make sense because I had already given permission for this program, but it fixed the problem.

Do you have a firewall installed?

I had a similar problem with all the crypto skins. The program would freeze during the 'Connecting' stage, and I would have to kill the program in the Task Manager.

I tried William Hill support who were pretty hopeless. After a bit of further investigation it turned out it didn't like ZoneAlarm. It did however work with the built in XP firewall.

Hope that helps.
