Does Mickey Mouse have a Home Game????
I will be traveling to Orlando for a trade show next week. I know very little about poker in Florida, but here is what I do know:
1. It sucks due to the state restrictions. 2. There are Seminole casinos that spread some micro-limit stuff 3. I could jump on a boat and play (probably out of Port Canaveral). I won't have access to a car, nor to the internet. Is there any local stuff in Orlando that I could "cab" it to? Maybe even a 2+2 home game in the area? Or am I gonna be poker-less for a few days? Re: Bump
There's a poker room there at one of the horse tracks, sorry I cant remember the exact name, but I believe it was Canterbury Park/Track ?? I think they had small stakes NL/HE and tournies.

Re: Bump
Canterbury Park spreads 2-4 to 30-60 HE, as well as some low limit Stud and Omaha8.
However, it's about 1600 miles from Orlando, so I don't think it'll work for ya. |

Re: Bump
I think the track that you're thinking of is Calder Racecourse which is located in North Dade County!

Re: Bump
Isn't Calder about 100-200 miles from Orlando?
Thats probably not "cab" distance. Joe |
