Eurobet hand histories

I play on Party and Eurobet, but for some reason when I request a hand history from Eurobet I never get the email... I've never had this problem with Party, and I checked to confirm that my email address is correct on my page, so I don't know what the problem could be. Anyone had this problem with them before?

In the Lobby, click E-Message then go to "Inbox", the HH will be there as a text webpage.
