AC Taxi Rates
Hey everyone -
Going to AC for New Year's and we are debating staying on the boardwalk, or getting a hotel about 5 miles away and cabbing it. How expensive are the fares in AC? Any insight/links/advice would be appreicated! |

Re: AC Taxi Rates
Within AC, cab fares are $11 max. It depends how far out of town you actually are. Where are you staying exactly?

Jeff [/ QUOTE ] We haven't made reservations yet, but we were looking at the Fairfield Inn Atlantic City North. If we stayed on the boardwalk, we'd probably slum it at Greco Motels (I think that's the name) on Saturday and stay in the Sheraton on Sunday. |

A cab to an Absecon motel should be about 10-15 minutes from the Borgata, and should not run more than $20-25 the most. Whatever it is it will be cheaper than staying at a casino/hotel for new years |

Re: AC Taxi Rates
If it's in Atlantic City North, the cab ride should be 11 bucks. I've stayed in West Atlantic City and taken an $11 cab to my hotel. Call the hotel to verify this, but I'm fairly certain I'm correct. It's only when you're talking about Absecon or Pleasantville that cabs will be more expensive.
