Re: Absolute Rake Free
There's no need to sign up, just come and enjoy to freeness at 6/12. It's not going to be a fish fry though. It's going to be full of us. Bah.

Re: Absolute Rake Free
yeah....it sure seems like all the sharks are turned on by this thing.
6/12 is usually higher than i play anyway. besides, with the initial-deposit bonus PLUS the reloads, i have $400 in bonus money i need to clear there....and the rake-free table doesn't count towards that. so....lets see.....get my bonus-money while playing some fish on the raked tables..... or play a bunch of sharks BUT rake-free. i think i will be getting to work on the $400 of bonus-dough. but i might stop by to watch all the 2+2'ers beat up on each other!!! Re: Absolute Rake Free
absolute is running a 6/12 table absolutely rake-free until it breaks. it starts on Sunday at 6ET. info on their website. http://absolutepoker.com/promos_holdemMarathon.asp "Team Absolute is offering a special Rake Free promotion for its 6/12 Limit Holdem games. The rake free tables will launch on Sunday, June 27th at 6pm ET providing 100 players have registered. So register now by submitting your email address below and our real time counter will track interested players up until launch. The necessary 6/12 Limit Holdem games will be available for play, RAKE FREE, until the game(s) break. How long will they go? The players will decide..." the whole thing might last forever for all we know (but ont likely considering absolute's traffic). if a table is heads-up for more than 30 minutes they will consider it broke (according to ther T&C's) |

Re: Absolute Rake Free
This rake free game seems like it could cost Absolute quite a bit of money, since anyone that plays in their 5/10 & 10/20 games will be more likely to play in the rake free game instead. Has anyone seen this type of promotion anywhere else before? Seems pretty generous to me. I just checked their website and there are 249 people registered. If everyone shows up when this thing starts, there might be 30 rake free tables. And sites like Party raise their rake.... Real nice
