I'm just curious, but why is Firepay the best? They charge to withdraw and deposit where as Netteller doesn't I don't think...I don't use either one, but why do people prefer one to another?

One of the key advantages to FirePay is that your funds are available immediately to play with, whereas at NETeller there is a 4 day wait for the funds unless you pay 8.9% for the instaCASH.

So there "is" one benefit and one alone.

When is it that you have to wait 4 days? When depositing money to Neteller (using credit card etc.)? When cashing out from a casino or poker site? When depositing to a casino?

I've never had to wait 4 days (except for some casino's internal review when cashing out) and I haven't paid for anything extra. Deposits into poker/casino accounts are always instant.

Though I don't know why, transfers from a checking account take a few days to show up in your Neteller account. There are no associated fees. Maybe they're "encouraging" people to choose the option they can make some money on?

You have to wait 4 days when using the standard EFT facility from your bank account. Credit cards carry a 3.9% surcharge so you would surely just deposit direct at the site with those no?

Granny - I hear ya' but it is not my call. 8.9% is a lot of juice when you are also paying a further x% for the actual deposit. It's similar to how we do not cover Western Union costs...

ORRRRRR,

pokerstars can loosen up a bit and cover the insta-cash fees like 80% of the other poker sites do.

just a thought

Is it possible to actually talk to anyone at Firepay? I was having trouble with my password and username and couldn't log on and I searched 20 minutes for a phone number or email to contact but couldn't find any. It is slightly unnerving that I have so much money going through them but can't talk to them if a problem occurs.
