Default MSO

Did anyone short MSO and reap the benefits of the verdict?
Can't see it trading above $10 when it reopens.

What's the company worth though? Can't say that I really know. Inevitibly there's some sort of recovery rally. Patience is a virtue.

Martha guilty on all 4 counts. Bakonovic (spelling?) guilty on 4 out of 5 counts. Bakonovic was exhonerated on the false document charge.

There wasn't a big window where you could have shorted it and done okay. The reason being that at around 2PM EST, rumors were flying that Martha was going to get off clean. The prompted the stock to move from the 13s to the mid 16s in relatively short time. Anyone who had shorted prior to the rumor-induced spike would likely have gotten stopped out of their positions.

And it takes some real cajones to short into that spike.

MSO trading that day was pretty wild. Since, the actual verdict was the polar opposite of what the rumors suggested.

And, no, I didn't touch MSO either way.
