Default Apologies, Refunds and a Freeroll

ZOO and SS players:

Please accept our apologies for the problems which arose after the break with the Blinds and tables not collapsing properly. I felt it best to do the following, right after I apologize for the screw-up on our part.

1. Sorry about the error, we ran other tournaments concurrently without problem, so we will have to review this to see why this one unfortunately fell apart.

2. To make amends, Truepoker will do the following, refund buy-ins and fees from tonight's tournament and abort the tournament.

3 We will rerun the tournament without charge at a date and time at your choice.(It will be by your consensus whether to start with everyone or only those players still in play at the break. I will leave it to Mike to give me a direction on that.)

Please accept our apologies.

David Gzesh, CEO

Thats not good enough, you should pay the prizes to the current winners then rerun it for the ones still in it.
The ones who were out allready were out, whatever you give them is up to you.
I appreciate how you have been supportive of the Zoo and also answers questions here, but to refund the fee is just not good enough.

That's a good point. There should be a distinction made between those that went out before the break and those that made the break IMHO

That certainly is an understandable position and view.

What should be considered is what effect the "non-level" field had on the games (the problem was of our creation, true.) I would be interested in reasonably satisfying everyone affected, but want a general resolution as well.

Then can you set up a tourney at PokerStars and pay for it? We would all agree to that, I'm sure. Thanks.

Love,
