OK...That Was Embarassing
I'm playing 3/6 in the OIC at the Gaming Club. I'm also playing a table at Party.
I am dealt Td 4h on the button at GC, three limpers to me. I attempt to call a bet on my Party table, but instead call at GC(damn...wasted $3). Flop is Tc Ts 3h (hmmm...guess I'll play this one). I raise a flop bet, raise a turn bet, bet the river, get one caller and take down a $57 pot. It was embarassing to show my hand, but I guess it helped my table image (if anyone was paying attention). No one at the table said a word. SF |

I love it when a plan comes together!
I've hit the wrong button a couple of times and have been over-rewarded for my mistake. I just shake my head. I wonder if this is how all those "fish" keep catching cards... |

Why not offset the windows?

They were offset, I was just being stupid. It was my turn to act at both tables and I hit the call button at the wrong table. Doh!! SF |

It's people like you that feed the mind of those who think that online poker is rigged. You should pay them back every single dollar!

Re: OK...That Was Embarassing
Hey at least it was to your advantage, one time I was playing two tables at party and tried to fold at one table and right when I went to fold my other table popped up and I folded a full house aces over kings

Re: OK...That Was Embarassing
Happens a lot if you play more than two tables. I once
accidently raised with 43s in 3-6 hold'em; thankfully I hit two pair in a short handed (5max) table. I have also accidentally raised in high only 1-2 draw on paradise and made the best of the situation by standing pat! |

Re: OK...That Was Embarassing
two nights ago i accidentally checked on the river with quads. don't know if i was the last player to act or not but it was pretty weird looking to everyone else.
one guy seemed to take it rather personaly and chewed me out using some rather nasty language. i was about ready to report him to support....except, of course, that would have shown off my ineptness to even more people. well, a couple hours later, the worst (bleep)-ing player he had ever scene was up a modest 12 BB's and he was down about 35BB's. as it turned out, checking down my quads was one of the best advertising plays ever made. |

Re: OK...That Was Embarassing
I suffered the following little embarassment while multi-tabling tonight.
New/unknown UTG poster checks [unknown except I presume anyone who posts UTG is either a live one or wishes to appear that way], loose MP limper, I raise on button with AJo, SB calls, BB calls. Now UTG 3-bets and a moment later I accidentally click the auto-raise button while fumbling for the other table I'm playing at. MP calls UTG's re-raise, I auto-cap and everyone calls. Flop is QTx rainbow. The blinds check, UTG bets, MP calls, I call, the blinds fold. The turn is another rag, UTG bets again, MP folds and I call. Another rag comes on the river. MP checks, I check and I take down the pot with ace high against his KJo. |
