It depends on what you mean by a loose player. Are his calling standards loose, or are his raising standards loose? Some of the loosest players I know raise least often. Against one of those players I'd definitely fold. If by loose you mean he's a loose raiser, I'd definitely cap.

What are UTG+1's EP raising standards? Does the loose player raise / three-bet loosely or just play loosely in general? If I were going to play the hand, I don't know that I'd necessarily cap it. It seems this might not be a bad time to call three cold. -- Homer |
