this forum has taught me one thing, and that is that some people really live a charmed life, where when aces lose to an open ended straight its a bad beat, making 6k over 10k hands is a whining occasion, and losing .01bb/100h over a meager 10k hand stretch is the end of the world.

damn... why did you turn an ace?
you shoulda turned a K, that would have kept him in the pot, but you woulda still taken it down. or if your gonna turn the ace, you need to pair the board on the river, go for a ten or something. if you dont have the required skillz to pull off advanced river suckouts like that then dont bother with the fancy ace turn in the first place |
