Default Did I wake up too early?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) converter

CO ($99.35)
Button ($97)
SB ($79.70)
BB ($31.48)
UTG ($126.20)
UTG+1 ($153.50)
Hero ($78.50)
MP1 ($114.50)
MP2 ($107.55)
MP3 ($49)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, Hero calls $1, MP1 raises to $5, 6 folds, UTG calls $4, Hero calls $4.

Flop: ($16.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, MP1 bets $13, UTG folds, Hero raises to $35, MP1 folds.

Final Pot: $64.50

I put him on AA-KK, He's at 2 or 3 of my tables and has been playing very tight/solid.

After he folded he said "merry christmas, ihad AA"...i am pretty sure I believe him.

Anyway... After raising 5 preflop, the only hand he has that im even remotely scared of is AKhh. Should i have flat called the flop and hoped he fired the turn?
If i did flat call the flop, I would have lead out with a hard bet if a heart, J, or Q fell....

no, that board is way too draw-heavy to get cute with it.

what draws could he have? his pfr% is 6...AKhh and AQhh are the only possible holdings he could have that I dont completely dominate.

You miss the point. Of course he isn't on a draw, but if the straight or flush draws hit how much future action are you getting out of him?

It's fine, make your raise bigger.

checkraising here is stupid...it shows a lot more strength than just leading out...if you lead out he might think it's top pair and possibly call you down or raise your bet...as it is you let him off the hook.

sorry to say checkraising is stupid..that's a little harsh. However, in general, people will lead out with a MUCH wider range of hands than they'll checkraise with...the standard advice on this board even is to fold AA when checkraised on a ragged flop because it almost always means a set....however when someone leads right into you, the advice is almost always call or raise...this in general wins you more money against a "good" player. Against an idiot or a calling station the checkraise can be used with some degree of effectiveness in order to build the pot...but that isn't what you were up against in this hand...hope I explained my logic a little better.
